Cancelation Policy

As a sole proprietor, last minute cancelations and no-shows directly affect my financial well being and my ability to care for my family. It also denies someone else the opportunity to book services with me. In an effort to remain fair and effective to all of my valued clients, I ask that the following policies are honored:


Cancelations

Please provide 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. 

No-Shows

Anyone who forgets or chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show" and will be asked to pay 50% of the price of requested services.


New clients will be asked to make a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the cost of services when booking an appointment. I understand that life happens and emergencies do come up. Should an emergency arise, that deposit will be applied to your rescheduled appointment.
